By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the service

You may use Mushroom Identifier for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload photos that contain harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

3. Accuracy and safety notice

Mushroom Identifier provides species identification as a best-effort AI result. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate and must not be used as the sole basis for decisions about eating, handling, or medical treatment related to mushrooms. Always consult a qualified local expert before consuming wild mushrooms.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding within Mushroom Identifier are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

5. User content

By submitting photos to Mushroom Identifier, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images solely for the purpose of providing identification results. We do not retain or use your images beyond this purpose. You represent that you have the right to submit any photos you upload.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
